How can I watch any Apple TV shows on Roku Ultra if I get video not available?

Ever since the Apple TV App was available on Roku I wasn’t able to watch any Apple original shows, tried everything on the list uninstalling and reinstalling, signing out/ in, restarting Nothing worked, like how am I going to continue paying for a service that won’t work after the free trial is over. The app works fine on my iPhone and it didn’t work great on my Mac till high Sierra.

I am hoping someone did something that I missed that worked.

You have taken some excellent steps already. We see that the error message mentions there is an internet connection issue; have you tried connecting it to a different internet connection? If not, we do recommend giving that a try.
