My country(MALDIVES) is not listed in the country list. I have an apple ID for USA address. Now I want to buy an iPhone 12 online from US, but I need to change the billing address to Maldives in order for you to deliver the phone to me. What should I do?
Great. One more question. When I add my Debit Card, it says my issuer does not allow and I don’t see my bank in the list either. What other options do I have? I tried to apply for apple Card and for that too I cannot Choose my country. Do I have any possible option to do the payment?
You shouldn't need to change the billing address. Set the shipping address to Maldives.

If you are ordering from the Apple online store, you can set the shipping address when you place the order.
Have you tried adding the Debit Card when making the order at the online store?
Cannot choose country when making the purchase. I have not tried adding the debit card yet, but country shows as you can see US. I couldn’t choose my shipping Address.
