Hi Tootsies54,

Thanks for confirming that your device is up-to-date. Per the screenshot that you originally posted, it appears that you just recently turned iCloud Photos on. If you go back in and check your storage again and look at the iCloud Photos section, does it still show at 1% or has that increased or even finished? Once the photos finish uploading to iCloud, your storage bar should show once again.

Set up and use iCloud Photos

Have a great day!

Hi Tootsies54,

In that case, as you're not seeing the expected progress, will it be possible to join your iPhone to another Wi-Fi network and test if the issue persists? This will help to isolate the issue to your iPhone itself, or some routing issue with the current network.

If there's still no progress while on another network, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support directly at that point. You can choose your preferred method of contact by visiting the Apple Support website here:

Hi Tootsies54,

Since the process of uploading your photos and videos to iCloud Photos may take some time to complete depending on the size of your Photos library, we'll go over options to help ensure it completes as efficiently as possible.

Uploads to iCloud Photos will proceed best when your device has a strong Wi-Fi signal, is being charged, and isn't being actively used. It may take several days for an initial upload to complete. Do you notice any progress if you leave your iPhone charging overnight in range of a fast and reliable Wi-Fi signal?

The following guide has more information:
