iCloud storage

Hey so about 6 months ago I purchased the $2.99 deal for iCloud storage. Back then I had a job and now I’m not working so therefore I can’t pay it anymore. When I try to cancel my subscription I’m not even seeing where I had one. I guess that’s because my card was declined so now it’s saying I just have the 5gb of iCloud storage. I’m fine with that because I can no longer afford the $2.99. My main question is, how do I get my debit card off of my iCloud? I want my card completely off my account. Everytime I try to take it off it tells me I have a subscription that needs a card, but again when I go to my subscriptions nothing is there. I really need someone’s help because my parents are on my butt about it. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
