First, there is no reason to ever install or run any 3rd party "cleaning", "optimizing", "speed-up", anti-virus, VPN or security apps on your Mac. That being said you've installed on one the worst offenders at compromising system performance, MacKeeper. It's also a memory hog. Uninstall it according to the developer's instructions. Then you can check to see if you've removed all of the supporting files by downloading and running Find Any File to search for any files with the application's name and the developer's name in the file name. For MacKeeper software you'd do the following search(es):
1 - Name contains mackeeper
Any files that are found can be dragged from the search results window to the Desktop or Trash bin in the Dock for deletion.
FAF can search areas that Spotlight can't like invisible folders, system folders and packages.
Go to the Clean Up section of the report in Etrecheck and remove those orphaned files.
In the Diagnostics sections some apps have been crashing like FontValidator. Make sure you have the latest version, compatible with Big Sur, installed.
I also see that you have Snapz Pro X installed. Does it work for you in Big Sur? I had it several systems ago and it finally quit working around Mojave for me. Being 32 bit it wouldn't work with Catalina and beyond. I'm curious how you got it to work.
I've since migrated to Keyboard Maestro which I've found to be many times better than Snapz Pro every was.
