Microphone doesn’t work

Does anyone know why my microphone does not work when I’m on a call? I can hear the other person but they can’t hear me, but I can listen to music, videos etc. just the calls and when I take a video recording of myself I can’t hear it when I play back or when I try to talk to Siri??? Please help if anyone knows Thanks and Have A Great Day.
