I purchased iPhone 12 Max Pro and it is scratched from the day I opened it

I purchased Iphone 12 max pro pacific blue and it scratched from the day when i opened it i am having discussion with the provider but from last one month struggling have not used my phone till now and it is still packed


do apple have any solution for it

If you did not purchase your device directly from Apple, you would need to contact the place you purchased the device for any return policy.
