iCloud storage

The place in my iCloude is not fully filled, but I can't synchronise some photos because I get the inscription "not enough space in iCloud" and are offered to choose a new tariff

Omg,I just went into the photo and these photos were synchronised, although nothing helped before, I restarted my phone, cleaned it, but nothing helped, it's strange,heh
