MB Air Chip M1 - Image capture with Big Sur and iPhone 11 iOS 14.2 doesn't show all miniatures

Hi all, as you can see in the title, when I try to use Image Capture to transfer photos and videos from iPhone to Mac, the app doesn't show all the miniatures, but each time It shows only a little group of them (sometimes 20, other times 40... after some page scrolls It shows some isolated miniature). For most files, It shows only the names, under an empty area. So, I can't select only some files and import or delete them.

  • MacBook Air 2020 with chip M1 and Big Sur 11.1 (11.0 had the same problem).
  • iPhone 11 128GB iOS 14.2,
  • I tried to wait also 30 minutes, several times, but nothing changed. I tried to restart the application, unplug and plug the iPhone, lock and unlock the iPhone, but nothing.
  • I used only original Apple cables.
  • The iPhone contains more than 750 photos and videos.
  • I called Apple support: I tried to start in recovery mode, to restart the system, to create another administrator user doing the some things, but the problem was unsolved. They told me to backup and restore, to reinstall the system, but I seriously have many doubts It will resolve, because this problem was present since the first activation and configuration, only few days ago on a new MacBook.
  • The app Photos, instead, goes right without any problem.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Thanks a lot.

Steve.
