Marshall monitor bluetooth headphones not pairing with all Mac devises

So I bought some new Marshal Monitor Bluetooth headphones yesterday and they will not pair with any of my mac devises. Macbook pro/iMac/iPad/iPhone 😳 My Blue-tooth is working perfectly with all other devices even other ear bud headphones and I have also tried removing all Blue Tooth devices and resetting the Blue Tooth setting with no benefit.

I have no time to goto a Mac Store to face to face trouble shoot....but if anyone know's what to do please help....

Bluetooth audio issues Big Sur My bluetooth headphones (Jaybird Vista) looses connection every 5 minute, or so. The error logs shows a lot of: `mac bluetooth Too many outstanding packets` I'm certain that the issue is with my MacBook Pro 2019 (Big Sur 11.1) because the headphones works with my iPhone other computers. One weird thing that is worth mentioning is that the connection is stable when I'm in a call/video call in Slack or Zoom for example. But when I'm on YouTube or Spotify the connection is lost. Bluetooth Connection Problems in macOS Monterey (2) Hey Apple Support Community, I am re-posting a question I posted several months ago, because there has been no response from Apple, and the issue remains for me and a lot of other people. https://discussions.apple.com/thread/253327398 Here's the original question: After upgrading to macOS Monterey recently, I have started experiencing a few issues with the bluetooth headphones I normally connect to my Mac: The signal stutters in and out briefly while listening to music, and this happens about once a minute or so. Less frequently, the bluetooth connection drops completely, and then reconnects several seconds later. I don't have these issues when my headphones are connected to my iPhone (iOS 14). The headphones I am using are Bose NC 700s. I have not yet tested a different bluetooth audio device, but I will update this post when I do. Also, this issue occurs even when I am stationary and sitting right next to my Mac. Obviously this has made the experience of using bluetooth in Monterey pretty awful. Just wanted to see if anyone else is having these issues, or similar ones, and if anyone has a solution for it.
