Don’t see all my contacts from my android to my new iPhone

It would matter how you were managing your contacts. I helped my niece Move to iOS from her Samsung. It may be that your contacts are on your SIM, something that Android likes to do. Apple does not do that, but you can move them from the SIM to your iPhone. Go to Settings>Contacts>Import SIM Contacts. After that, you need to determine how you are going to manage them. Generally on the iPhone that is done with iCloud. You would go to Setting><yourname>iCloud and turn on Contacts.
