Can you clear the cache in Big Sur Safari?

How, if possible or supported, do you clear the cache in Safari Big Sur. Vendors recommend clearing the cache to remove problems but Safari (at least in Big Sur) doesn't seem to support a traditional cache (Content Cache is not the same).

As for clearing the cache, you that can be done by going to Develop menu in the menu bar > Empty Caches. If you don't see the Develop menu in the menu bar, you can change that by going to Preferences > Advanced > then check Show Develop menu in menu bar.
