Disabled iTunes and I cloud

My credit card was cut by the bank however I had a subscription for storage so therefore it was unable to pay and now my iCloud and iTunes is disabled and I’m unable to update WhatsApp what do I do now?

For Financial Assistance, Contact Apple Support. These are user-to-user forums. We are not Apple.  Apple barely reads these site on their own time, as it is. Why the Wait:
