There’s a weird icons at the very upper right of my screen that seems like it’s the bottom of a bookmark icon and others I have no idea what they are and it won’t go away even after restarting my phone and no way to click on it.

Does anybody else get this icon and what is it? Hi there. I have an IPhone XR which I purchased in 2018, and as of recently, I have been noticing this bar of icons appears on the screen (this happens in all apps, not any particular one). The only functions that work are the forward and backspace and will only generally remove or add one word. I have only just started noticing this, does anyone else have this appear and what does it mean, please? Am I being hacked?? Cheers
