Unable to turn off dark mode on iPhone

I have a iphone 11 and version 14.2 software. I cannot turn the dark mode off. The setting is on Off but screens on all apps are dark. Also tries brightness setting. How can i fix this?

I can't toggle dark mode off on my iPhone 12 I have an iPhone 12. Somehow dark mode got switched on and when i try to toggle it off, it doesn’t do anything. Restarted the phone 3 times, also did the option to manually set up dark mode for next day, still did nothing. Other weird thing, its not normal dark mode. Every picture or image is a negative. Dark mode settings are not responding iPhone 11 with 14.4 software version. Dark mode settings are not responding. I can not remove it
