The SIM card has been removed fro an iPad by a mysterious person. How do I grt a new one?

I just found that a SIM card had been removed from my Apple pro iPad. How do I get another one so I can use the iPad

from your carrier, the sim cards job is to tie the cellular account to the device, so only they can provide a sim card which would work on their network
