I bought iCloud storage which means I upgraded it to 50GB but it still showing that I have 5GB and I should upgrade my storage. Why?

Are you certain you upgrade - your credit or debit card was charged, and did you get an email receipt from Apple?

Yes it was charged, but I didn’t receive any emails from Apple
