Apple Watch pairing with new phone

I have purchased an Apple Watch from someone else but I cannot pair it. The watch says my daughters iCloud account to pair it. The girl I bought it from has been in contact with the help desk with case I’d number 101283198513. Would you be able to help with this issue?

The person you bought the watch off needs to follow all these steps in order to remove the Activation Lock;


Remove Activation Lock so the buyer can use it.
