iPhone Latency

oming from a galaxy S9 to a iPhone 11. I had realised a latancy and lagging in touch response in iOs. Went trough emails and eventually took the device back to iStore. In the store I played with other iPhone 11’s and the newer 12 series. All iPhones does this. To better explain problem , enter any menu or contact or chat or message and try and tap the back button on the left top corner right after you’ve entered. You will realise that the system will not recognise your touch on the first fast tap. It is like you have to give the current page a second to respond before you can tap. Go to any contact and tap ‘edit’ depending on how fast you’ve tapped edit after you entered the contact it will respond on the first tap. Scroll right down to Delete and immediately tap it , you wil realise. Press any menu or scroll anywhere and tap the menu or back or options buttons immediately and you will realise it doesn't recognise your first tap.
