Babbel Refund

I signed up for Babbel in August 2020. I paid $84.99 via Apple Pay. I am not pleased with my language learning and I would like to terminate and cancel my subscription which I have on my App, I would like Apple Pay refund my money. I have been requesting this for over a month and I don’t get any response. Please assist me. Thanks
