I’m unable to reset my phone for trade in
I can’t remember the 4 digit code to reset my old iPhone before sending it to Apple for trade in, what should I do?

Still cannot remove the 4 digit passcode
the instructions didn’t include iTunes part, after I watched YouTube video, it is unlocked, thanks
