Dead pixel?

Hey so I just recently got my new iPhone 11 and I tried a dead pixel test on max screen brightness I really didn’t see anything but sometimes on the black color I’d see some very very small dot I’m wondering if that’s a dead pixel or just dust under my screen protector.

Is it black or a lighter colour? If it’s black and there’s absolutely no light coming through, it’s probably a dead pixel. However, if it’s lighter when the screen is on, it might be some dust. I guess you could also shine a torch or flashlight on it and see if it comes up when the screen is off.

Unfortunately I don't have any cameras to show it, but I doubt you would be able to see it with a camera due to it being so small. But if you know how small it is is it possible to determine whether it's dust or a dead pixel? Thank you!
