iCloud is not receiving any emails by the school

Unfortunately, my Icloud is not receiving any emails by the school. They have told me to contact Icloud support and let you know that you have to allow any emails let through which end in @schools.ps-connect.cloud in order for me to receive important emails from them as they are not able to send them through because it is being rejected.
