I got a text saying that my icloud account was locked for security reason and i needed to log in at a link. Is this actually from apple

It's a scam - Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support. Hopefully you didn't click on any links within the text.

iCloud has been locked?? Will Apple text me that my iCloud account has been locked for security reasons? Or is this a scam to get me to click this link that I was just texted?
