I have bought a new Ipad pro and I cannot find the IMEI as I can for my iPhone 11. I am looking in Setting-Apple ID and then under iPad Pro. All I can see is Model, version and Serial Number whereas, on my iPhone, the IMEI number is listed last after Serial Number. Any suggestions? Thanks.

It is WIFI only. Model Number A2229
That would explain the lack of an IMEI. A WiFi will not have an IMEI.
Do you actually have a WiFi + Cellular model?
