streaming server cannot accept any more connections at this time

I am trying to access a public radio station on Apple Music on a Macbook Pro with Catalina, all the updates. I am using a link that works on fine on all my other Mac & Apple devices. But on this device I get this error message - "streaming server cannot accept any more connections at this time."

Again, to be clear, this is not the case since I can and have opened the link on other devices AFTER I get the error message that the server can't accept any more connections. It's the exact same link that works on the other devices. BTW, I have recently removed and reinstalled everything on this machine, cleared cache etc. What's the problem?

Hello kimfromdetroit,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're receiving an error message for a radio station through Apple Music. Do you receive this for all stations, on this device? How about other music, from either Apple Music or purchased items, any issues with those on this Mac? How many devices do you currently use for your Apple Music subscription?

If you haven't tried yet, we'd ask that you create a test user account, log into Apple Music and see if the same error message is received.

Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac

Keep us posted on how it goes.

Best regards.
