Presumably the music was synced to the iPod from iTunes on your computer, and it should still be there. Just sync your iPhone to the same iTunes→Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer - Apple Support
If it is an iPod Touch, only has iTunes purchased music, or you have other music synced to iTunes Match, and the iPod shares an Apple ID with your iPhone all of the music should appear in the Music app on the iPhone, where you can download and listen to it.
