iPhone 11 pro max is on loop with a black screen and the apple logo, it wouldn't even register on my mac until it went into recovery mode after hours. but when the update or restore done it just disappears of my mac and goes back to loop.

it didnt help my phone is on a loop black screen and apple logo and now its dead giving me plug in picture. i contacted apple support and they walked me through what could be done and they did not know the reason.
