My mom forget her apple ID

my mom formated her iphone, when she opened it the iphone appearsy the activation lock screen and asks for the apple ID, so my mom is above 60 years old thats why she forget her apple ID.

Is there a way to open her iphone?

only way is How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support

if she forgotten her appleID she needs Recover Your Apple ID - Apple

otherwise one needs the help of apple https://getsupport.apple.com/

and or Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
