Right airpod pro makes weird sound when i make a loud noise

for about 3 days now my right airpod pro has been messed up. it feels a lot more different than my left one it sort of feels like its stuck in noise cancellation mode. and everytime i try to talk with the thing on it makes a weird noise, it sort of sounds like when there is too much bass in a car at the car shakes. thats the best explanation i can give. has anyone else had this problem and has anyone fixed it?
