You can physically copy content from one computer to another within your household. Apple has a Family Sharing mechanism for sharing purchases which is distinct from Apple Music, but doesn't cover other content in your library. Then again a shared Apple Music subscription still gives each user their own library but there is the potential to share playlists between them.
