HomeKit - No Response on certain devices

Hi,

I have a Honeywell T6 thermostat and LG CX Series TV which are both HomeKit enabled. Both often show up as 'No Response'. I have tried removing the devices and adding them again and that fix the problem. I have Philips lighting and EVE switches which doesn't have the same issue.

Why do I get this message and how do I stop it happening? I notice the TV is non responsive until I turn it back on and thermostat is a intermittent connection.

Thanks

Hi JLinnit,

We see you're having some difficulties with some accessories connecting to your HomeKit. Be sure to start with these steps Add a HomeKit accessory to the Home app, especially with steps under "If you can't add an accessory". Also, has the Wi-Fi router also been reset since the connection issues began?

Take care!
