Calendar bug

Hello

Today my wife received inside the calendar on iOS 14.2 the below link. And was added as Event for 6 hours today (14:00-21:00) and another 6 events for to Tomorrow, 06 January. And all 12 events were inserted with reminders, notes, links, etc.

I click to this link using a protected mac (firewall, antivirus, VPN, etc) and sent me to a site where to install a VPN solution.

My question - how was this possible, since there was no invite, no email, nothing.

Thank you

If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.

If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
