Then you need to recover the account using the link above. If you can't do that, you will have to contact Apple's account security team and provide the original proof of purchase for the phone to have the activation lock removed.
If you bought it used, and it's locked to someone else's account, you'll have to contact whoever you got it from.
There is no way to bypass the activation lock.
