iPhone not working after Apple care repair

I have an iPhone XS Max. I purchased the Apple care coverage when I got the phone.

I used my last accidental damage claim in august 2020 because my screen was cracked. I sent the phone to Apple and they sent me back a replacement device.

About a week after receiving my replacement, it began to malfunction. Everything worked except sometimes it wouldn’t recognize my touch inputs properly. Two weeks later the phone stopped responding to touch inputs completely. I stopped using the replacement xs max and switched to my old iPhone X as a back up. I believe the replacement I was sent was faulty.

Is there anything I can do about my malfunctioning replacement iPhone XS Max? I haven’t been able to go to an Apple store because of covid. It’s been more then 90 days since the repair/ replacement. Am I SOL? The phone is in perfect condition, not even a scratch, no water damage, I didn’t even put more than two weeks of use on it and I’m sure whatever diagnosing tools Apple has would prove that .

Any help on what I can do would be appreciated.
