Mirror Printing

When printing from Acrobat Reader my HP Printer is printing in Mirror Format.

How do I change these settings? This happened after my update!

Hi MelP786,

Thanks for replying!

It sounds like you tried clicking File > Print and made sure that "Flip horizontally" was turned off. Is that right?

As a test, try printing from another app, like Safari or Pages. Does the same thing happen?

If it happens there also, try setting up a new administrator account on your Mac for testing purposes. Then sign in there and see if you can replicate the issue: Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac. Let us know how the tests above go, and what happens when you try printing in a new user. These results will help work out if the issue is system-wide or if there might be other possible causes.

Have a good day.

Hi MelP786,

Thank you for posting! It looks like you have a question about your printer, and we'd like to see if we can offer some assistance.

To double-check, when you say it's printing in mirror format, what exactly happens?

Generally speaking, you should be able to adjust your print settings by clicking File > Print within the app you're printing from. The available settings will vary by printer, but you may want to look for one labeled "Flip horizontally" as a start.

Take care.
