Gummy Drop won’t open

I am unable to open Gummy Drop on my iPhone and iPad. I have a Generation 8 iPad with 128 GB. My iPhone is an 11 with 64 GB. There’s 108GB remaining on my iPad and 46 GB left on my iPhone. Both have been updated to the latest version OS14.3.

this issue just started yesterday January 4, 2021.

Same thing happened to me. I contacted Big Fish yesterday and they eventually provided an update to the Gummy Drop app. I had to go into the App Store and search for Gummy Drop and do the update there it wasn’t showing an update on the APP Store icon.

Did you go in the APP Store, do a search for Gummy Drop then when it comes up tap on the Gummy Drop APP icon where you can read about the app itself and look at the reviews. There should be an “Update” button highlighted in blue for you to tap and do the update. If you don’t see it just keep checking throughout the day. I had to check throughout the day yesterday.

I have the same issue as everyone on here. I restarted my iPhone, updated the app, emailed BigFish and nothing worked. I had to use Facebook Game Room and can only play on my PC. I deleted the game on my phone now it won't download to re-install on my phone. Anymore suggestions?, because their support only replied back one with instructions and I replied back twice with no answers from them.
