Trying to make an appointment

My iPhone says access denied when trying to set up an appointment

When I try to make an appointment at an apple store the message I get is "access denied". not sure why. Please help.

You have different ways to do that:

Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
Using the Apple Store app, available on AppStore
Contacting an Apple Store among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector
