How can I get text messages I have saved on my old iPhone that I am locked out of because I forgot the password?

How can I backup my iPhone if it’s disabled? I have text messages that I need and my nephew disabled my phone by trying to figure out my phones PW, so is it possible to backup my phone, if so how? Is it possible to backup my text messages on my iPhone XR if it’s already disabled? If so, how? I do have my iCloud information but I couldn’t figure out how to back it up so I can restore it!

Can't be access from that phone if you can't access it.
