Failure to update to iOS 4

I was deeply disappointed when I tried to update to ios 4 and the iphone crashed. Further disappointed when apple could not fix the problem. And to make it even worth when they replaced my iphone with a used one in spite I am still in the warrenty !!!
Custom support where really abrupt not cooperative. Telling me that they sent is even better than mine and should be as good as new and it was a falty piece and they fixed it!!!
I expressed my unhappiness and wanted to escelate the problem.... and generate a complaint... it seems no one bothers at all in apple about the complain....
I really regret to have a phone with customer support and after sale care as low as my case.
I lost the trust and confidence to iphone and apple.
My feeling apple cares only about the sales numbers and income..
So sad, I paid all that amount of money and bound to a contract with orange iphone..
now I do not know even what happend to my complaint.

You'll find most, if not all, companies are the same! Its the way the capital world works I'm afraid!

If you read the Apple Warranty you would be aware that they sometimes use Refurbished iPhones/iPods for replacements. This is a common practice amongst most electrical retailers for Warranty Repairs.

Does the new iPhone work? If so, what are you complaining for. I would be happy that they replaced it.
