Canceling free trial of Apple TV+

My free subscription ends soon and I would like to cancel. However, when I try to cancel, it says I have no subscriptions. But, I am still able to watch Apple TV!

How can I cancel to ensure they don't start charging me for this service?

I have googled, and watched videos so know how to cancel. But can't figure out how to cancel something that it says I don't have!

Any help would be appreciated!
