How do I reset my appletv if I can’t get a picture

I can not get a picture. I have tried all of the recommended methods. How can I reset my device without a picture. I can’t get to settings.

Click the link at the top of this page entitled “If your Apple TV doesn’t turn on.” If you did truly try all of those suggestions then your Apple TV is likely dead for good.

You can connect you Apple TV to your computer using a USB-C cable and then using iTunes to restore.

As mentioned in the support document you came from that is linked to above, unplug it from power and wait a few seconds, then plug it back in.

Make sure the TV is set to the correct input the Apple TV is plugged into on the TV.
