You can't. The phone's memory was fixed from the day you purchased the phone. If you are running low on storage, you'll need to delete things you don't need or use, such as photos, apps, messages, email, video, files, etc.

Internal storage is fixed. You can offload photos, music or unused apps to iCloud to make more space available, but that’s it. Something to consider when planning for your next iPhone.
