I need help with redeeming my Apple gift card
I would like to redeem my gift card for storage for iCloud and it won’t let me, and it says already redeemed? I have never redeemed it!

There's several cons thieves can do with gift cards. Always redeem them as soon as possible after purchase. Unfortunately if you are a victim then it is unlikely either company will feel it is responsible (since they aren't really except in still using a faulty system) and will just refer you to the other.
