I have problem something like this, the process name corespeechd keep sent bytes 8,6 MB

but I still have that kind of problem, is there any other way to fix this issue?

Now that we've checked that please follow the steps below:
Go to System Preferences > Accessibility > Siri
Click “Open Siri Preferences...”
Check the box for “Enable Ask Siri”
Move the radio button for “Voice Feedback” to “Off”
Uncheck “Enable Ask Siri”

Since you've tried this in safe mode, let's restart the Mac and see if this is what you see now. Let's avoid using those suggested steps and continue working with what you notice after safe mode.
When you use safe mode it deletes some system caches, including font caches and the kernel cache, which are automatically created again as needed.

Already, but still got same result, if not in safe mode corespeechd keep sending 8,6MB data, even if I disconnect the internet
connection, is this some kind of spam or what, or I just need to reinstall then?

but after I check again, I don't know somehow still sent but only 305bytes, still not normal right, this should be zero right?
