Apple TV Icon disappears and not on settings list

Why did CNNgo App disappear this evening? Our Apple TV is older - w/ silver remote.

If it happens that the service for CNN is unexpectedly discontinued for Apple (2nd or 3rd generation), then both CNN and Apple should know about it.
