Control Surfaces

Hi,

I recently got the Novation Launchkey Mini MK3 and when I try to set it up with Control Surfaces I get what I am assuming is an error message but it's just an exclamation mark next to the image of the MIDI. I don't get any side bars or even have the option to remove the MIDI and try to set it up again. Any help to fix this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!
