Gummy drop won’t open on iphone

I can’t open game since Sunday evening (1/3/21) I am playing on Apple iPhone 12. Tried to update app but none available. I tried hard reset on phone several times. My addiction to this game is going bye bye. WHAT IS WRONG WITH GAME???? I’ve been playing 4 years and I’m not starting over. And now I won’t finish New Years special event. NOT HAPPY!!!!!

Gummy app I am not able to open up this app. When I tap it, it will open and then immediately goes dark and then app appears again. I have shut down phone and turn it on again. Tap app again and it won’t allow me to open app. I don’t have trouble with any of the other apps

App stuck in waiting Have had Matchington Mansion game for quite awhile now but since their update on April 29th, the game app is 'shaded' out on my iPad and says, 'waiting.' It does not respond to tapping, pressing and holding or anything. I really don't want to delete it because I will lose my progress in the game and; unfortunately, there is no 'sign-in' on this game so it won't recognize my progress when I reinstall it. I have gone online and tried resetting iPad, signing out of Apple and back in, making sure I have enough space on iPad and nothing seems to work. This has been this way for about 3 days now. Please, please help!
