ALUMINUM APPLE TV REMOTE
What if my apple tv remote (aluminum) arrow buttons do not work? Is it possible to get a new remote? I haven’t paired my apple tv to my phone yet and I can’t do it anymore since I cannot move the arrow buttons.

Aluminium remote comes with 2nd and 3rd Gen Apple TV.
This remote is an infrared remote, you can simple get a new remote.
If you do not want to pay much, get the older white plastic Apple remote, you can buy it off eBay for as little as 4$.
If you cannot get a remote, the only way to use the device is by connecting it to your home internet through ethernet cable. Then you can control the device from your iPhone.
