Apple Watch trade in return.

I recently traded in my apple watch and I have received the new one but I didn't receive a return label or box. Hw do I remedy this

You will receive a different box for your trade in as that is handled by a 3rd party. When you receive it and just prior to putting the watch (and only the watch) in it for the return be sure to take copious pictures of the watch from all angles and a short video of it working.
